I purchased my first investment property through Harry from Fresh start. Harry was very competent, responsive and personable. Throughout the process he explained the logic behind each property selection thoroughly, and was very patient in working through the numerous questions I had.

From a negotiation perspective, the team were effective at getting a good price for the property, and were able to set terms that made it more appealing to the vendor without making things rushed from my end. I was happy with the price they negotiated and in hindsight I don't feel like I overpaid for the property.

I was most impressed with Harry's work after the offer had been accepted. During the building and pest stage, he identified a waterproofing issue, liaised with the inspector to ensure it was correctly classified and was able to negotiate with the vendor a significant adjustment to the contracted price - enough to largely cover the cost of using Fresh Start in the first place.

I would highly recommend working with Harry. For such a large investment it is well worth the cost to save yourself from making a bad decision, overpaying or missing small details which can be costly in the long term.

For anyone needing assistance especially as an investor, I highly recommend FreshStart.
